NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Any product that has been personalized, customized, or made to order cannot be returned.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare event that your customized item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

CANCELATIONS

Once the process to generate your order has begun, cancellations are not permitted. We initiate production promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you cancel after the original design is approved but before production starts, a 50% cancellation fee applies. We provide thorough proofs for your review, so please carefully inspect and verify all details before granting approval. For questions or concerns, please contact our customer support.

MODIFICATIONS

Changes to the design can be made prior to production and after the approval of the initial design, subject to an additional fee. The cost for these changes will depend on the modifications required after the initial design has been created. We strive to accommodate your design updates, but please note that modifications made after the initial approval may incur an extra cost. Our team will provide you with a clear quote for the modification fee, covering the additional time, effort, and resources involved. For a seamless design process, we encourage comprehensive instructions and feedback during the initial design review.
